Lloyd Ambrose – Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Director of Design, Business, and Quality Management
Lloyd holds a BTech in Civil Engineering (2009) and is a registered Professional Engineering Technologist with ECSA (2013), a Professional Construction Manager with SACPCMP (2018), and a registered competent person with the NHBRC (2021. With over 18 years of industry experience, he brings extensive knowledge and practical insight in municipal infrastructure and civil engineering design. He manages the Design and Drawing departments at the company’s Bloemfontein office and actively leads project management across various civil engineering projects. In addition to his design responsibilities, Lloyd oversees company-wide quality assurance and support management to ensure technical excellence and operational efficiency.
Godfrey Motsoeneng – Chief Operating Officer (COO), Director of Operations Management
Godfrey holds a BTech in Civil Engineering (2010) and has been a registered Professional Engineering Technologist with ECSA since 2014. He is also a member of SAICE and IMESA. With over 22 years of industry experience, he offers extensive knowledge and practical insight in project administration, project management and municipal infrastructure. Godfrey manages the Construction Operations department at the company’s Frankfort office and plays an active role in leading project management across a range of civil engineering projects.
France Mokoena – Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), Shareholder
France Mokoena is the Chief Marketing Officer and a Shareholder at FLAGG Consulting Engineers. He is a member of SAICE and brings valuable experience in business development, municipal infrastructure, and stakeholder engagement. France plays a key role in driving the company’s strategic planning process and leads its marketing and communications efforts. He is responsible for building and maintaining client relationships. His ability to align technical services with client needs contributes significantly to FLAGG’s business growth and market visibility.
Graeme Ambrose – Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Non-Executive Director
Graeme holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering Management (2004), a BComm Honours (1983), and a BSc in Civil Engineering (1978). He has been a registered Professional Engineer with ECSA since 2003 and is an honorary member of SAICE. With over 47 years of industry experience, Graeme brings senior-level expertise and profound insight into business, project, and financial management.
Lunga Chamane – Associate
Lunga holds a BSc in Civil Engineering (2009) and is a registered Candidate Engineer with ECSA, currently in the process of completing his professional registration. He has been a member of SAICE since 2018. With over 16 years of industry experience, he possesses strong knowledge in municipal infrastructure and project administration. Lunga supports project management at the company’s Bloemfontein office and assists the CMO with marketing initiatives
Ian van Zyl – Associate
Ian holds a BTech in Civil Engineering (2020) and is a registered Candidate Engineering Technologist with ECSA, currently working towards his professional registration. With over 7 years of design experience, he has sound technical knowledge in municipal infrastructure and project administration. Ian is responsible for design work and manages IT within the company.
